From it's inception as a seed, the cotton for miYim's toys are organic - no chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides are ever used in the cultivation process. miYim use their own wash process to create their unique range of charming colours for their soft toys. It is dyed using only all natural ingredients derived from nature's plants and minerals.

Each miYim collectible is housed in their signature display box . A gift tag is attached to each toy which allows you to personalise each collectible and share miYim’s message of organic awareness. They are made using 100% organic cotton hand picked in rural India in a government declared Bio-Zone. They are dyed using environmentally responsible dyes that are free from banned amines, AZO, AOX, formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful additives.

Their manufacturers in rural India give importance to working conditions, wages and human rights. No employee is under 18 years of age and the company has a long term agenda of support for a local tribal school.

The Organic Towel Company towels are certified by IMO, the Swiss based accredited agency for inspection and certification of organic and sustainable production. The organic cotton producers they use are inspected by IMO regularly and this ensures our towels are produced by adhering to the strict EU regulation and standards on organic and ethical production.

All dyes used on The Organic Towel Company products are environmentally responsible ‘low impact’ dyes, which are selected for the lowest environmental impact and of course fully compliant with the organic certification criteria. These dyes use much less water and energy than conventional dyes, and do not contain any heavy metal or harmful chemical substances.
